Beschreibung
With the enormous environmental problems facing our universe, the use of sustainable and environmentally friendly resources is the way to go. The effects of organic bioslurries on the growth and safe consumption of two common vegetables in Nigeria were compared with those grown on inorganic fertilizers amended soil. The findings favour the use of bioslurries applied at agronomic rates over inorganic fertilizers in terms of measured growth parameters and safe consumption by humans. Wealth of knowledge and expertise on bioslurrry, research findings and waste management practices are demonstrated and reflected in this book. This book as highly recommended and can definitely serve as a bedrock to research in the area of renewable energy, organic farming and agronomic practices on vegetable cultivation during dry and wet seasons. I wish you a wonderful studying experience. Sasanya, Blessing. F (B.Tech, M.Sc)
