Beschreibung
Time and again, politics and research have turned their critical gaze to the employment conditions of so-called junior academics. One group of actors has received little attention so far, probably also because it appears privileged at first glance: junior professors. Studies show that almost all junior professors succeed in making the leap to a full professorship. The conditions under which they work their way up the career ladder have scarcely been considered so far.
