Comprehension questions including applications give the beginner confidence in fundamental relationships. The original 4th German edition has been adapted to the latest program version ANSYS 18.1.

Dr.-Ing. Stefan Lecheler is Professor of Thermodynamics in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich. He also teaches computational fluid dynamics there in the Master's program in Computer Aided Engineering.
